 1. Non-Refundable Charges

Onboarding Charges: The charges paid by LSPs for onboarding to the QuickFinz platform are non-refundable. By making a payment for onboarding, you acknowledge and agree that these charges are final and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 2. Exceptions

Service Discontinuation: In the unlikely event that QuickFinz discontinues its services, we may, at our sole discretion, consider partial refunds for the remaining period of the service that the LSP has paid for but will no longer be able to use due to the discontinuation.

 3. Dispute Resolution

Dispute Handling: If you have any disputes or concerns regarding the charges, you may contact our support team at partner@quickfinz.com. We will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe. However, please note that the final decision on the refund request lies with QuickFinz, and the non-refundable nature of onboarding charges generally applies.
